ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Katherine (she/her)!
As an AuDHDer, homeschooling mom, and wife, I know what it’s like to live and work amongst the chaos of life, business, and parenthood. But with Virgo placements in my sun, moon, Mercury, and Venus - I can also bridge the gap between chaos and systems.
I work exclusively with neurodivergent women-identifying and nonbinary parents, with a big vision of how they want to make the world better.
On the day-to-day, I run an operations agency. Every 6 months, I host retreats to help clients step out of the day-to-day and bring their big visions and business plans to life.
Prior to working with online entrepreneurs, I worked in non-profit for 13 years supporting adult volunteers working with youth. This gave me the unique experience of learning how to coach different neurotypes while working with a diverse population of adults and students.
Our Mission:
Katherine Dorus Operations (KDO) is a full-service Agency and retreat host providing support to neurodivergent women-identifying and nonbinary parents who are running their businesses around the needs of their bodies and families. Through strategic mapping, retreats, staff oversight, administrative support, bookkeeping, social media management and personal assistance, we help our clients experience more clarity and more time freedom while increasing their wealth by utilizing the C.A.R.E. method: Caring Support to Advance Capacity, while providing Radical Acceptance for Easeful Expansion.
