You and I are going to spend the day together (virtually). We’re going to go through all the thoughts in your head, all the open tabs, all the dreams, and have-to’s.
I'm going to synthesize all of it and pull out the projects.
You’re going to walk away with an ordered and prioritized plan for the business.

VIP Day Schedule
9am-5pm EDT
Session 1
We're getting clear on your Mission, Vision, and Values. This will set the foundation for strategic planning. We're not going to waste your time on projects that aren't aligned with your Mission, Vision, or Values.
Session 2 & 3
We going to go through the current state of the business, potential & future projects, ideas, and your dreams then strategically organize them by objectives. You come with your brain, and I'll bring all the questions to draw the ideas out of you.
Session 4
This is the magic when we go from a brain dump to clarity, direction, and a plan. We'll take all the information you've shared and develop a visual plan that will help you and your team to stay focused and productive.
Session 5
Wrap up. We review your plan and answer any lingering questions you may have.

Prior to working with online entrepreneurs, I worked in non-profit management for 13 years. One the things I loved most about this role was developing systems and standard operating procedures for the team to follow to keep us all moving in the same direction.
