I developed the C.A.R.E. Model over the last 5 years of working with neurodiverse entrepreneurs, supporting them with the operations of their businesses.
I’ve seen first hand how important it is to have someone radically accept you as you are, while holding space for all your ramblings and creative ideas - for someone to accept your communication in a way that feels best for you. There are powerful shifts that happen when we partner together and turn your visions into a clear business plan.
Prior to working with online entrepreneurs, I worked in non-profit for 13 years supporting adult volunteers working with youth. This gave me the unique experience of learning how to coach different neurotypes while working with a diverse population of adults and students.

Where you'll stay...
The ELEVATE Retreat is held in a spacious house, with plenty of quiet corners for reflecting and resting, large central space for retreat activities, porch, private pool and hot tub!
Right outside Charlotte, NC, the home has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
There is on site parking available. The house is a 20-minute ride from the Charlotte (CLT) airport.

Retreat Schedule
This is an example schedule for retreat. Specific offerings will depend on the needs of the group. Past workshops have included clarity on values and business offerings, marketing strategy, and forming a business plan for the next 6-12 months.
The Details
Dates: August 22 - 25, 2026
Retreat starts at 5pm on Saturday and ends at 10am on Tuesday.
Getting there: Parking is available on site. The closest airport is Charlotte , NC (CLT).
If you are flying, I will assist arranging you into groups to split a ride-share. Transportation is not included in the cost of retreat.
Location: 20 minute drive from the Charlotte airport in Belmont, NC.
What's included: Everything! Once you arrive at the house, the rest of your weekend is already covered. We'll provide mastermind sessions for your business, dedicated time to implement and get feedback, as well as time to relax. All meals are included throughout the retreat and will be prepared on site.
Pre-Retreat: Prior to retreat, you’ll receive one 1:1 session with me and a group call to clarify your retreat priorities and to get to know one another.
The Food
Lunch and Dinners will be prepared by our in-house chef, Ashlynne Clifton.
All meals are included with retreat. Breakfast will be “help yourself when you feel like eating.” Lunches and Dinners will be prepared on site. Snacks and drinks are all included. Our menu will be designed based on your preferences and sensitives.

There are no refunds. If you are unable to attend retreat due to illness, we can replace the cost of retreat with 1:1 support, less the cost of retreat expenses already accumulated.

Once you arrive at the house, everything is included!
We’ll have scheduled workshops, masterminding, and unscheduled time for relaxing and planning.
All food and drink is included and meals will all be prepared on site.
The home is spacious with lots of room to come together or spread out.
Each participant will have a private bed and can select private or shared room.
The cost of your transportation to the retreat house is NOT included and is your responsibility.
Each participant will also receive a pre-retreat 1:1 sessions with me to support your business needs and a group call to add to allow everyone to meet.

Hi, I’m Katherine (she/her)!
As an AuDHDer, homeschooling mom, and wife, I know what it’s like to live and work amongst the chaos of life, business, and parenthood. But with Virgo placements in my sun, moon, Mercury, and Venus - I can also bridge the gap between chaos and systems.
I work exclusively with neurodivergent moms, with a big vision of how they want to make the world better.
On the day-to-day, I run an operations agency. Every 6 months, I host retreats to help you step out of YOUR day-to-day and bring your big visions and business plans to life.
